Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® Expands to Vermont

Benjamin Moore Banner Added to Retailer Network

November 16,2006 Barrie, Ontario, Canada - Winning Brands Corporation (Pink Sheets: WNBD) www.WinningBrands.ca announces that Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® will commence storefront sales in the State of Vermont in November 2006, also adding its first U.S. Benjamin Moore banner to the Winning Colours® network of retailers in the process.

Winning Brands’ CEO Eric Lehner states that the company does not only focus on large population centres and large chains to develop distribution of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner®. “There is a lot to be said for also developing a presence in smaller communities and amongst independent stores who build relationships that are real – not virtual.” says Lehner. “Vermont is known for being environmentally conscious and skeptical of fads. The lead Vermont retailer is located in Middebury, VT and operates the largest paint and sundries section in Addison County.
